Commercial License (Single-Use)

This purchase includes a commercial license for one-time use of the digital Artwork. Each time you use the Artwork in a new product or project, a separate purchase of both the Artwork and License is required. The License outlines how you can legally use the Artwork, what restrictions apply, and your responsibilities as the user, including mandatory attribution. Please read the License carefully before use.
 

  • Digital Product

    This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT. No physical prints will be sent out.

  • Terms and Conditions

    This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Mridu Gupta (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing this license, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

    1. Grant of License

    The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to use the artwork for creating one (1) selected artwork (“Artwork”) for a single commercial project or product for sale.

    2. Permitted Uses

    The Licensee may use the Artwork for:

    Physical products (e.g., apparel, mugs).

    Digital products (e.g., social media graphics, marketing materials).

    3. Restrictions

    The Licensee may not:

    Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Artwork in any digital or print format as a standalone file.

    Claim the Artwork as their own or use it as a logo or trademark.

    Use the Artwork in multiple products, projects, or commercial applications without an additional license.

    4. Ownership

    The Artwork remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer copyright ownership, only limited commercial usage rights for the specific use purchased.

    5. Term & Territory

    This license applies to one artwork for one use only. The corresponding artwork must be purchased together with this license. For each new physical product or project, both the artwork and a new license must be purchased.

    6. Attribution

    • Wherever applicable, attribution such as ‘Artwork by Mridu Gupta’ must be included

    7. Liability

    • The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the legality or suitability of the Artwork for any particular use. The Licensee assumes full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Artwork in products, marketing materials, or business activities complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. The Licensor shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from such use.

     

    Conclusion

    By using the Artwork, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined in this License. Each new use of the Artwork requires a separate purchase of both the Artwork and the corresponding License. The Licensor is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the Licensee’s use of the Artwork.
