Shipping Rates:
Shipping is free across Australia.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days. However, please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
International Shipping:
I am not currently able to process international orders. For any inquiries regarding international orders, please get in touch with me.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage or Loss:
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy :
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Cancellation Policy :
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled without penalty if they have not yet been processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Digital Items :
I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital prints. In case of an issue please contact me directly.
